Velvet Scarves

Nicole has recently ventured into the world of velvet. She uses a soft silk/viscose velvet on which she paints her abstract designs. She uses strong procion dyes to achieve rich colours on this beautiful fabric. As with the silks, each piece is unique (even Nicole is never sure how it will turn out as velvets are painted on the back !) Scarves are generally 180cm x 35cm, but can be made to any size.

Prices

Prices for a velvet scarf range from £30 to £45 depending on the size and complexity of the design.  Most scarves can be completed between two and three weeks of commissioning.  All are able to be both handwashed and dry cleaned.
